role-reification.xml much shorter #15

Hi, the final version of the branch release-v3.4.0 contains a heavily shortened version of role-reification.xml (with respect to commit 5214cb796ea86e8ad7424bdae1) and have-org.xml is gone. Why is that so? I did not find the information which disappeared elsewhere
