Unify/Collapse PRP and PNC? #18

Some version of PropBank distinguished between PRP and PNC clauses (e.g. https://catalog.ldc.upenn.edu/docs/LDC2007T21/propbank/english-propbank.pdf). Current guidelines only acknolwedge PRP (http://propbank.github.io/). Both labels are used in the CONLL 2012 SRL dataset. "Playing around" with it, and since differences are subtle, I wonder whether one can just collapse them?

Perhaps one should find a more descriptive label for the more general class that includes purposes and causes. Perhaps EXP or XPL for Explanation? (The label "EXPLANATION" is used for this, e.g., in the Parallel Meaning Bank.)
