@ahmeshaf For the paper, we used in-progress version of the BOLT corpus, so it probably doesn't match to the actual released version of BOLT, but we followed a similar principle as OntoNotes using 80/10/10 ratio. Hopefully, this helps.
Sorry for the delay in responding to this issue. I am away from my computer at the moment, but can send you the pointer later tonight or tomorrow. It is a list of file IDs from BOLT.
