Development Tasks

[x] New Service: Polling Client to trigger read model projections
[x] New Service: Polling Client to store events to disk in an optimised way for event replaying
[x] New NSB Host: Projection Rebuild to handle parralel rebuilding of read models

Testing Tasks

[x] Confirm live events are processed in an acceptable manner for useability
[x] Confirm projection replays using new service create the correct read model

Deployment Tasks

[x] Deploy PC.Projections.Process to EVN Environment
[x] Deploy PC.Projections.Store to DB Environment
[x] Deploy PC.Projection.Rebuild.Host.NSB to DB Environment
[x] Disable PC.Projection.EvnSvc.Host.NSB from EVN Environment

This infrastructure was implemented but not activated in the 0.15.x release.

The 0.15.x release actually instead focused on the deployment of the Billing and Subscription system outlined in the release notes here:
