Hi Galen this is for both of us.

I want the PC system to send out a welcome email with next step and my details offering 'get-started' support

Example. This is a new user info@bellaqldproperties.com.au

I called them (got their number by going to their website) and they were delighted to hear from me

I will write the copy and you can consider the code
