Listings Import - Publishing Settings Ignored #126

Process

When importing listings using an REAXML file

Issue

The publishing destinations were reported to not of been set for each listing despite the user selecting them in the import set up screen.

Issue Confirmation

Confirmed by checking the import command and verified the empty publishTo array/ image

Issue was due to ways that angular bindings work in versions aftrer 1.5 compared to earlier versions.

I hotfixed a commit that refactored this component to the current framework. https://bitbucket.org/propertycompass/pc.client.web/commits/25faa67079678c5949baa4403947aa05115bbe82

This has been deployed in the web app 0.14.7 release.
