Are you able to offer a bit more information? There are lots of ways payments can link in with property sites (rent payments, holiday lets, paying for online agent packages etc).

I wanted to help create a tenant checkout process when they want to take a property they can click on the property and click on process application. The tenant will be able to fill out the applicant form, upload documents, pay holding deposit, once application is approved then the tenant can pay the rent and remainder of deposit and sign the lease online. I would like to suggest gravity forms and wpsignsture integration aswell. Hope this helps.
