Property Displays

Following an update of the plugin on Wordpress I cannot get the properties to display properly on the website, I have changed settings and it makes no difference to the way these pages display

@RichardTaylor73 Happy to help. I've checked the site and the property pages don't look like the screenshots at present. Has this been rectified?

I've found a snapshot of the site from Jan 2021 and the site looks the same now as it does then.

Do let me know if issues persist.

thanks for your response, it isn't happening if you click through from the property search button but if you click Lettings, Sales or Commercial from the top menu bar it does still display as per the screenshots

@RichardTaylor73 I can see custom CSS has been added to style the main search results page. Did you do this yourself? And where has this CSS been added out of interest? This same CSS isn't showing on the 'Sales' 'Lettings' pages etc. If you're not sure and easier to send through WP access please do so to info@wp-property-hive.com and I'll take a look around.

I will send an email now, the css was created for us by the company who set up property hive as a one off job for us.

@RichardTaylor73 Thanks for the access. That should be sorted now. I had to edit each of the pages and add 'columns=1' to the properties shortcode. I'm not sure how this would've been effected by an update but if issues persist or happen again next time you update let me know,
