Could someone please get back to me in regards to this, I have been waiting two days for a response. Is there a number I can call for support rather than having to use this system.
Despite making a call this morning about this, and being told someone would come back to me, I have still had no communication about the issue raised on Monday. Looks like my website will be out of action (with incorrect info) over the bank holiday weekend now!!
Hi Richard, Please, open a line of communication with Property Hive via email (found in the footer of their website).
Also, since switching CRM requires a "big" initial import which covers all of the newly added properties, go to the Import Addon > "Edit" the existing import from Street and see if unticking the "Only import updated properties" options, allows for the import to begin. If it does and all the properties are imported, you can return back to the option and tick it. https://i.imgur.com/f7Uw8Po.png

We have switched to Street as a CRM today, I have updated the Import Properties section in Word Press to Street and used the API Key they gave me but it does not seem to be updating as it should and is showing properties that are not marked as live in Street on both Lettings and Commercial.
What have I done wrong??
