Privacy policy agreement #90

Hi Steve,

Just adding here as a note, will do a PR if I get time.

With GDPR, I think there should be an option to add acceptance of a privacy policy to forms. I know this can be done with a filter and code but for those that aren't savy to that an implementation like WooCommerce would work.

Under 'Property Hive > Settings > General > GDPR' we already have this I believe. Steve
