healing touch #143

My recollection is that in CProph, healing touch could only be used on others. In GoProph, this appears to be reversed.

For reasons unknown, there's an if-check that just bails (with no message) if toucher or touchee is an NPC

(And by reasons unknown I mean it seems to predate 1999 and the CVS import)

I've removed it for the next deploy, thanks!
