Give notes GUIDs #27

Note numbers vary from person to person because of private notes. Would be cool to be able to say "hey go read note u105" and anyone can use that identifier to read the note.

I was originally imagining this as a separate, second ID; but maybe instead, just don't renumber notes per player; if chronologically the notes go

from: anheg to:all from: qethia to: anheg from: qethia to:all from: anheg to: noran

Then when I run note list, I could see the note numbers go "1,3,4" whereas qethia sees them go "1,2,3" and anheg "1,2,3,4"
