Simple mob AI #64

Mobs should have a 2-minute long memory if you attack them, during which they will have aggro behavior against you.

Perhaps allow players to surrender to mobs if the player hasn't dealt more than a certain amount of damage.

Furthermore, mobs should incur wait_state the same way that players do. Specifically, bashing a mob should prevent the mob from immediately dirting/disarming/bashing you back.
