PCF-8: Menu jumpiness #69

Describe the bug When scrolling up and down in the spell list, the list position jumps relative to the window when the top menu is shown or hidden.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to spells list
  2. Scroll up and down
  3. Notice that when you change scroll direction the list of spells jumps up or down by the height of the menu

Expected behavior Scrolling and menu showing/hiding should be smooth
