Congressman McClintock showing as "null" #65

I ran http://capitolwords.org/api/1/text.json?phrase=obamacare&apikey= and it worked for 49 of the first 50 records, but one of them showed up as "null."

It was the 15th record, Congressman McClintock's speech available at: http://origin.www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CREC-2009-10-27/html/CREC-2009-10-27-pt1-PgH11807-3.htm

Not sure what happened, but just an FYI.
