Get Specific Member Role Showing Member of Committee Not Existing On API

When trying to match up members with their committee memberships i'm seeing the following committee codes from the get specific member API call which does not exist in the Get Committees Call. I'm seeing the same codes for multiple members. Some sample members with membership in them provided. (In my data collection I'm only looking at congress 115 members).

  • Richard Burr congress 115 and 114
  • John Boozman congress 115 and 114
• SCNC
  • Diane Feinstein congress 115 and 114
  • Charles Grassley congress 115 and 114
• HSBG
  • Susan Brooks congress 114 and 113
  • Elijah Cummings congress 114 and 113
  • Assuming this committee might not exist anymore, do not see members for congress 115
• HHAH
  • John Larson congress 110
  • Greg Walden congress 110
  • Assuming this committee might not exist anymore, do not see members for congress 115

Hey @jden1705 - thanks! You are right about the last 2 committees - they no longer exist in the 115th Congress. The first two are kind of special cases; one is a joint committee between the House & Senate, and the other is a Senate commission. We'll be adding those to the Committee response.
