Add "13" for deletions from 2013 #11

Looks like 2012 has the right date citation but "13" needs to be incorporated for twoops from last year.

This is pretty standard behavior, showing the year only for dates > 1 year old. Sure you want to change it?

No you are totally right, I hadn't realized it added the year for >1 year old. How logical, functional and wonderful!
