Still turning off the endpoint soon? Any other service that supports lookup by lat and long? #556

Looks like the service shut down. Do you know of any other service that supports lookup by latitude and longitude? The ProPublica service doesn't seem to do that. I could do some reverse geo-coding but the google API has usage quotas.

This doesn't really answer your question, but if you add a credit card to the account associated with the Google API, the free usage quotas go up dramatically. That's how I've gotten around this problem.

Hi @moksamedia - the service was shut down on Oct. 1, 2017, and the ProPublica Congress API does not support a lat/lng lookup.

I use geocod.io. They have much better free limits and if you need to do a lot their prices are super cheap.
