Remove functions from card_update/header_php.php #8

Functions should be present either as public class methods or moved to a separately loaded function file, e.g. /includes/modules/payment/authorizenet_cim/some_function_file_name.php.

@lat9 i think the code in that script is much better now. all functions removed.
