Graphical SmartDashboard widget to display robot status

A team last year drew a picture of their robot on their dashboard last year and 
showed the positions of balls on the robot. They apparently won a control award 
for this.

We could generate an image from the cad for our robot and overlay status on the 
image.

Possible ideas for this year's game:
* Show frisbees in robot
* Show position of climber hooks
* Use accelerometer data, hook encoder, and climber state machine state to show 
diagram of robot climbing up the pyramid.

Paul has made 4 widgets: one to display whether hooks are attached, one to 
display the tilt of the climbing arm, one to display the position of the hooks 
on the elevator, and one to display the position of the robot on the pyramid.
