Develop Procedure for using Charts tab and Log Viewer

The Driver Station has a tab called Charts which has been significantly updated 
for 2013. It now documents events such as radio drop-outs. The information in 
the Charts is recorded and can be viewed using the Log Viewer software.

Develop a "post-mortem" procedure for evaluating the logs from each of our 
matches (including practice matches) at competition. Verify that the log from 
the DS computer can be copied and viewed on a different computer. Learn to 
identify potential problems such as excessive CPU usage, watchdog timeouts, 
long trip times (maybe by deliberately writing some "bad" robot code). 
Determine procedure to document and correct these flagged potential problems.
