Resolve which functions should be mapped to buttons 9 and 10 #70

We have 2 more buttons we could use: 9 and 10. We should decide how to use 
them. For example, we probably want one to move the tower back to starting 
position.

Added tiltToStart button. Button 10 is still unused.
