TiltToStart, TiltToShoot, TiltToClimb, and TiltToIntake are basically all the
same, except for the goal position. They should all be merged (both the
commands and subsystem methods) in order to make them easier to maintain. The
only difference should be the name of the SmartDashboard key from which to load
the goal position.
