Driver Station LCD display of critical data #93

We've had some issues with the SmartDashboard.
As a backup, provide feedback of crucial information to the operator using the 
DriverStationLCD API's. These put up to six lines of text in the Messages field 
on the Operation Tab of the Driver Station display.

Verify that adding this code does not adversely impact the main control period 
(as there appears to be some blocking involved).

Climber, shooter, driveTrain, tower, intake, and period are now displayed on 
the driver station.
