1 month ago Normalement, ce souci a été corrigé dans la version 1.36.1. Peux-tu me confirmer ?

Describe the bug sur un dataset à 11 conditions il y a plusieurs bug quand on arrive à Differential Analysis (après une quanti one versus one) --> subscript out of bounds

je te mets le msnset imputé sur l'échange ! il faut relancer Hypothesis testis Limma FC 0.5 pour voir les erreurs differential analysis
