Analytics from Fathom #68

I just added fathom to the current site for analytics (#67). We should continue to use it on the new site to track traffic patterns

Great! Can you PR it in? Can we also see if there is any way to do outgoing clicks? #50

I'll get a PR going - I bugged them on twitter about outgoing clicks, but they don't have a good answer (yet). I'll set up a serverless function to track that stuff for now
