Add a LICENSE #25

Can the authors please add a license? I would like to contribute, but ATM I am not sure if the project is FOSS or if my contributions will be to a piece of software I can't legally use :(

Apache 2 or MIT would be most license compatible as some companies (including my current one) prohibits use of AGPL code.

Created #26 to add an Apache 2.0 license. Just waiting for @shrumm to approve.
