OntoGraf not dispaying the graph in Protege 5.6.1, only the Class Hierachy #23

OntoGraf used to work in Protege 5, but now it doesn't display the graph portion when I select the tab, it only has the Class Hierarchy on the left. I've tried reinstalling Protege (what a pain!), deleting the ontograf.jar plug-in from the Protege plug-in folder and reinstalling the plug-in from within Protege, but it still doesn't bring up the graph portion of OntoGraf. I really need this to work, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

I noticed the same problem. From Protege Windows I selected 'Reset tab to default state'; this opened the OntoGraf window. In my case import is applied. I next used the workaround provided by csnyulas in issue #16 :

One workaround would be to merge the ontologies into one, for the purpose of the vizualisation. You can merge ontologies with the following menu option Refactor -> Merge ontologies....

This allowed for five arc types
