A Docker for the Protege Server would be sweet #18

Because it seems that we can clone the repo, mvn install it, and run.sh start it, it seems like it would be pretty easy to dockerize this so that early adopters could do a "docker pull protegeproject/protege-server-5" to get a protege server up and running in a jiffy.

Thanks for the recommendation! I will look into this further down the line when we're closer to release.
