Annotations attached to axioms seem to disappear in Protégé #1097

When saving an ontology with annotated axioms using protege. Then the annotation disappears.

Tests have shown that this problem doesn't arise, using the current version of the OWL API.

The test ontology + its output using protege are attached as text files: test.txt test_saved.txt
