New entities setting is not preserved across Protege 5.6 sessions #1109

For an ontology for which I want to create entities with a specified IRI and user supplied name, each time I open the ontology, the "New entities" settings need to be reset, as they revert to the http://www.semanticweb.org and Auto-generated ID.
