This feature request is about extending the feature of Protégé to add metadata when a new entity is created in the ontology.
I would suggest in addition of "creation date" and "creator" to add another "modification date" suing the dc:modified property: http://purl.org/dc/terms/modified Described here: https://www.dublincore.org/specifications/dublin-core/dcmi-terms/terms/modified/
(this is related to #1141 and #1140)
I would also suggest to add the capability to annotate entities with a rdfs:isDefinedBy statement to expliclity encode without the entity that it is defined by the current ontology.
