Remove ide profiles from the pom files #262

Some of the pom files have an ide profile for older eclipse versions. Those do not seem to work anymore, and are outdated. It seems safe to remove these.

@stdotjohn - Is this OK? Are there other uses of the ide profiles? Thanks!
