Add reasoning support #98

WebProtege doesn't currently have any built in reasoning support. This functionally is a key functionality and should be added. Some kind of sandboxing would be needed so that reasoning runs in a separate memory space and process from the main webprotege/tomcat process.

Just a +1 for this request. Many OBOs will be able to migrate to WP once this is implemented.
