The test_moves_with_complex_and_ligand test is still flaky. I tried varying the following settings:
test_moves_with_complex_and_ligand
1) using a truncated ligand, with an exposed back pocket 2) changing the number md steps used for equilibration
N_accepted seems to vary from 0, 2, to 17. Not sure what's going on.
