Improve ftp2nf.sh script with acquisition date #82

At proteomics@hipnos6:~/mysoftware/rawrr, if I put

singularity exec -e docker://proteomicsunitcrg/rawrr:latest bash -c 'Rscript /scripts/readHeader.R QC01/2023MK011_MAMR_002_20231124_QC01_001_02.raw /home/proteomics/mysoftware/rawrr'

I get

QC01/2023MK011_MAMR_002_20231124_QC01_001_02.raw 2024-01-02 06:33:46

Time spent: 2 seconds

Suggestion: at ftp2nf, put this date like for example

20240717_QC01_001_03--20240102063346--6583a564-93dd-4500-a101-b2fe56496b25_QC01_456fa3ed6ccab7b63e0171d578d7fde4.zip

Nodes FGCZ and VIB update their scripts.

ANother imporvement: process order -> QC01, QC02, QC03.
