+myjob header #25

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

A Myjob Header. This is just like the normal headers, except players can
see these (they will not be able to see the normal headers). Players
should be able to use +myjob/sumset on these, just like +job/sumset.

This would allow for buckets like an 'EVENTS' bucket. All the Event
information would be stored in the Myjobs header, and the player could set
their participation in the event with +myjob/sumset.

Any thoughts?

By the way, I've already got this coded (sans the +myjob/sumset, which would
not be
difficult to adapt from +job/sumset). Is it something that is universally
useful?

There have been many situations where I wanted a SUMMARY to be visible to
players.
Examples are an EVENTs job, XP requests, and similar things. But some
situations I
have not; so yes, it sounds useful to me.

With 5.2 more about TinyMUSH 3.0 and Rhost capability along with bug fixes,
I'll mark
this for the 5.3 milestone. However, if you can use SVN to checkout and edit the
code, you can check this in anytime.

Needed: +myjob/help <#> to assist with +myjob/sumset.
