5-letter bucket names #98

Is it really necessary to limit bucket names to 5 characters?

Now that we have flexible width job fields, seems we could permit longer
names for those who choose it.  We would still stick with 5 for the default
and any system buckets.

Easily enough done by those who want to hack it in, and not worth the overhead 
to do
for general public.
