We should tie into the Changed event on the Workspace manager and start diagnostic calculations. Similar to https://github.com/aspnet/Razor.VSCode/blob/master/src/Microsoft.AspNetCore.Razor.LanguageServer/RazorDiagnosticsPublisher.cs
