CSS expansion in TextMate not working #247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open TextMate
2. Step Inside a css file or style block
3. Enter any of the CSS shortcuts (bg, pos:a, ...) and try expanding

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
bg should expand to background:, what i see is <bg></bg>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TextMate 1.5.10
