Longer duration sectors are likely to affect how big the termination penalty should be (currently 90days of Reward) relative to the sector’s total rewards earnable and collateral locked. It therefore needs to be reassessed and a FIP passed to modify to ensure SPs remain incentive aligned. To support this we will open a FIP discussion accompanied by a report documenting our research.
