eta: 2023-05-31 description: SPs have run into various issues with their dagstore when dealing with large amounts of storage deals, or with older deals that were not indexed properly. The Local Index Directory in Boost is a scaled local indexing storage solution.

This is now feature complete, we've had internal SPs testing and are starting to have early adopter SPs migrate to LID
