Objectives:

[Motion API needs execute data-prep, deal-making, and storage on Filecoin]

Key Deliverables:

[Motion can "PUSH" files to Singularity ]
[Motion preps deals in accordance with singularity onboarding]
[Motion has a locally configurable wallet or can make a wallet for API users]
[End to end test confirming a deal from an ISV with a preselected SP]
