Add support for libp2p and HTTP over libp2p transports
Script that allows to run and plot time_to_fetch for any composition.

TODO

[ ] Support Concurrency.
[ ] Support config for Libp2p Muxer and Security.

Added support for Badger to the repo.
Reverted changes on the existing composition files.
Added a script to generate files on disk to use for F3 (and maybe others).

I've addressed some of the changes and have some questions regarding implementing the other ones. Please can you take a look at my comments ?
