Clean up folder and create package #7

Added a setup, improved the readme and fixed a few bugs/warnings to make usage a bit cleaner.

I added a version 1.1 to PyPI here. You can see that the newer code and readme are already in a version 1.2. I will update PyPI once this PR is merged.

Things yet to do:

  1. Clean up the notebooks (now we can use the imports form PyPI and improve the readability) and remove the offline data folder
  2. Adds docs
  3. The the markdown specs to the repo

I can pick the last two items when I have some free time.
