Rename go-ipfs to kubo in more places #342

While reading through the Launchpad curriculum, I noticed that some places are still mentioning go-ipfs instead of the new name kubo.

I searched for all places mentioned go-ipfs and changed them to mention kubo instead. In most places, I kept a reference to go-ipfs too.
