added subgoals to json
moved ordering of lessons
added new image
reworded a Merkle DAG section

OK for the Merkle DAGs section, but there are some changes to other files (which is weird, because they should be merged already)

Sorry, yes as I was working on each new section. I was just branching off the work I had already done. Instead of branching off feat/ipld-updates. But I will resolve the issues for the next PRs
