Describe the use case Have a session informing residents about Network Indexer during colo week

Describe the problem We would like to have reference materials in order to enable residents to quickly learn about CoD, resources available, and try a hands-on tutorial for the Jan 30, 2023 Launchpad

Proposed Solution

• [x] Create a new branch and PR for a CoD page in Dev Tools
• [x] Add in some baseline content/ summary content about what Cod (Bacalhau) is and how it's tied to PL use a lot of content from here
• [ ] Add Iryna to launchpad repo & reach out to get review from her
• [ ] Add screenshots, directions, and stickies for the stable diffusion tutorial to the miro for the v8 colo
• [ ] Add video & pre-requisite instructions for the tutorial, e.g. install python or Docker container

• Cohort v8 Miro
• Build with Bacalhau Video that goes over the tutorial we are doing during colo
