A new reference guide that covers NFT terminology and decision making

I need to preview the styling and probably make some adjustments based on that, and we have a few graphic placeholders that will have the finals ready end of this week.

I also have a folder of image files I need to upload to /images and link in their correct places, but don't have permission to upload currently

It's great to see this heading toward the final stages in PR form. A few notes:

To render correctly, your filename needs to have the markdown extension: encyclopedia-of-nfts.md
To be visible from the sidebar, you'll need to add an entry to .docs/vuepress/config.js (in addition to locating the file itself inside the /reference folder)
Finally, and perhaps more disruptively, I see this is currently a page within the Reference section but it's substantially longer and more thorough than its siblings. What do you think about making this a top-level section, and breaking up this mega page into a handful of pages for easier navigation?
