Create E-Mail Campaign with RSS Feed #52

Problem The current link to stay up-to-date with Protocol Labs research requires the use of an RSS feed viewer which doesn't easliy bring new research and information to the forefront of users' attention

Solution Use a tool like mailer lite to create a recurring e-mail from the RSS feed already generated by the protocol labs research page

Thanks for the feedback! We could use our existing mailing list tool to send out (opt-in) emails for individual RSS feed items. We already provide users with different options for which emails they want to receive (ranging from just quarterly newsletter to event announcements and "all email") but we currently curate what we send out. Sending out emails for all website updates feels a little too spammy, but would you find that useful?

I agreethat it would not be a great experience for one to get an e-mail update about absolutely everything, however I personally am interested in updated about research related to Protocol labs.

I noticed on this page https://research.protocol.ai/research/, the only option is to sign up for an RSS feed (it says you can sign up for emails, but none of the emails are give an option to have research-related topics sent). I would be interested in an email that sends reports, journal articles, and research papers, which is what seems to be included in the RSS feed, which I find the most interesting and useful. Thank you for your consideration!

I will look into adding the rss email subscription option but it might take me a little while to get to it. Not that it's a replacement for your use case, but note that we also have a Twitter account (@ProtoResearch) that shares some of the news -- and that was not linked from the website, which I noticed on account of your comment 🙏

@tjd233 if I can interest you in some MailChimp fun, you might get to it before I do.

Thank you for that, I will definitely follow the Twitter account!
